Under President Buhari's Watch, savage killings by Fulani herdsmen have significantly increased and his so-called Security Agencies have simply ignored murderous acts of the herdsmen. Only a handful have ever been arrested and subsequently prosecuted. As a result, under Buhari's Watch, Fulani Herdsmen and their associations that support them, consider themselves to be untouchable.
