Deadly Xenophobia: 36-year Old Nigerian man escapes Boko Haram to be savagely murdered in Italy

This happened in Fermo, Italy where newlywed Emmanuel Chidi Namdi, 36 who until his death lived with his 24 year old wife Chimiary. Emmanuel was killed defending his wife Chiamiary from Amedeo Mancini, a 38-year-old Italian man and his gang who were making sexual overtures at her while they walked down a street. Previously, the Emmanuel and Chimiary had escaped deadly attacks by the Islamic extremist Boko Haram militants in Nigeria, and subsequently made an arduous journey to Europe through the deserts of Niger and Libya and over the Mediterranean Sea. On their way they were harassed and beaten by smugglers and this caused Chimiary to have a miscarriage. It appears that a shadow of death followed them to Itay where Emmanual lost his life in the hands of a racist gang, street vandals led by Amedeo Mancini, who is believed to be a member of “an “ultras” gang of extremist soccer fans.”
