Dealing with racism is one of the many challenges we face daily. In many ways its more subtle forms are more damaging and also more difficult to prove in a court of law. Also, raising an accusation of racism could also mean that you may experience more hostility for even highlighting it.
Jacyee Aniagolu-Johnson has written an inspirational Christian book series, the Rays of Victory Book Series, "Rays of Victory: Nailing Racism to the Cross".

This book is about helping you to gain individual victory over racism by standing in the victory that Jesus Christ gained for you on the Holy Cross, where he nailed racism. To gain individual victory over racism, you must first come to know and understand who you are in Jesus Christ. Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are transformed into a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). You are a child of God through the righteousness of Jesus Christ, an heir of God, and joint-heir with Christ (Romans 8:15-18). You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:13-14). So, you must come to see yourself as God sees you and not as prejudiced or racist individuals see you or present you to the world. You must allow God to renew your mind through Jesus Christ (Romans 12:2) so that you do not allow racism to distort your view or image of yourself. If you have already allowed racism to distort your image of yourself in your mind, then you need to let Jesus Christ to renew your image and give you a brand new image; your true self image, which is your spiritual self-image. As a child of God, you cannot allow the foul spirit of racism to deceive you into believing the lies that racism presents to you about who you are. You must are to believe God’s Word and obey His Word and do His will (James 1:22-25). God’s will is for you to silence the foul spirit of racism with the power of His Holy Word in you. You are what God’s Word says you are and not what racism declares that you are. As a child of God you have God’s power in you, Christ Jesus is in you, and the Holy Spirit is in you, to pull down every stranglehold or iron grip of racism and bring racism and its evils to submit to God’s Holy Word.
