Today, with all that we know about what is good or bad for our health, we should make it our duty to eat healthy, exercise the right way, and get adequate rest.

Here's a little help for you with a God-inspired African recipe of Spicy Tilapia seasoned with garlic and real crayfish seasoning, with a side of spinach sauteed in olive oil mixed with yellow, red or white onions and red bell peppers.
Ingredients:
1-2 pounds of Tilapia fillet or whole de-boned Tilapia
I clove of garlic (or the much you want)
2 teaspoons of dried and ground crayfish
4-10 ounces of olive oil (or the much your prefer)
One (1) large onion bulb (white, yellow,or red)
One (1) large red bell pepper
Two (2) to three small cups of fresh or frozen spinach
Use low sodium seasoning and avoid any seasoning that contains monosodium glutamate (MSG).
Now the preparation begins:
Chop your onion and bell pepper in into very small pieces. Divide into one larger and smaller portion.
Add the olive oil in the sauce pan and let it heat up (using medium heat). Add chopped onion and peppers (the larger portion).
Add the crayfish and seasoning to preferred taste.
Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the fish and let it cook at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
While the Tilapia is cooking, steam your spinach for less than five minutes in 1-2 ounces of olive olive, garlic and chopped onion and peppers (the smaller portion).
Now your Tilapia and spinach are ready to be served.

Oh! Also, let's not forget to make a healthy homemade "Robo" or "Roselle" (dried hibiscus calyces) drink to wash it down.
Put the washed zobo leaves into a deep pot.
Add the pineapples and pour enough water to cover the contents of the pot and then some.
Start cooking at medium to high heat and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Add the ginger and the garlic, add more water and keep boiling for at least 30 minutes.
